A 48-year-old man was charged with murdering his stepfather after returning from a Christmas dinner on Tuesday, according to court documents obtained by Arizona Family. The documents indicate Gilbert police were first notified of a suspicious vehicle on Osborne Lane, near Recker and Warner roads, at 4:30 pm on Sunday.
