Stolen car chase ends in fatal shooting and arrests
In the early hours of the morning, a stolen car chase on Interstate Highway 580 near San Leandro resulted in a suspect being shot dead and two others being apprehended. The incident took place in the unincorporated Ashland neighborhood, where law enforcement officers engaged in a pursuit that ended in a crash.
