MARION COUNTY, KY – Four individuals are facing serious charges following a fatal home invasion in Marion County. Authorities have identified the suspects as Tyler Gunn, Allison Livers, Faith Singer, and Joshua Spalding Wells. The group is accused of breaking into a residence and fatally shooting 48-year-old Stephanie Keeling.
The incident occurred in the Gravel Switch community, where detectives say the suspects forcibly entered the home on Hurricane Lane. According to police, Tyler Gunn is alleged to have shot Keeling, while the others are charged with complicity to murder and robbery.
State police were alerted by Marion County deputies after Keeling’s body was discovered on Tuesday morning. Surveillance footage reportedly captured Livers leaving the scene, and she later admitted involvement, citing an intention to access a safe.
The suspects were apprehended on Wednesday after detectives shared details about a vehicle seen leaving the area. Officers stopped the car on US 150 in Bardstown, finding all four suspects inside.
Authorities believe this was a targeted attack and have stated there is no ongoing threat to public safety. Charges against Gunn include murder, based on evidence and statements collected at the scene. The other three face complicity charges, with all four also charged with robbery.
