A revered Houston pastor was shot and killed Friday during a suspected road-rage incident. Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in this case.
An Uber shot and killed the reverend after an argument between the two drivers. The man’s Uber account showed that he was in the area at the time of the shooting.
Just after 5 p.m. Friday, Mouton was shot by a driver in a black sedan. Mouton died at the scene.
Pastor Ronald Mouton was shot dead by an unidentified suspect in a black vehicle. The family of Mouton is dealing with the shock and pain of their loss and expects to make a public statement within a couple of days.
Houston Police released a photo of the suspect’s car, and revealed that the disturbance may have started more than three miles before the actual shooting.
The family of Ronald Mouton Sr. said he was a pastor for 32 years in the community and will be remembered as a man who touched many lives.
