International manhunt for trafficker implicated in assassination
GUAYAQUIL, EC – An international manhunt has been initiated by Ecuadorian authorities following the disappearance of an inmate, dubbed as “the most-wanted prisoner,” from a maximum-security prison in Guayaquil.
