HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A man died after he was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds following a single-vehicle crash early Sunday in north Harris County, authorities said.
Harris County Precinct 4 deputies responded to the 14000 block of Kuykendahl Road near York Creek Drive, where they found the driver critically injured inside or near the crashed vehicle. Authorities said the man had been shot multiple times. Emergency crews took him to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting and the circumstances that led to the crash. Detectives and crime scene investigators responded to the area as authorities worked to determine where the gunfire occurred and what happened before the vehicle crashed.
