12-Year-Old Killed Playing Russian Roulette

Three people are facing charges in the death of a 12-year-old boy who was killed playing Russian Roulette in Mississippi.

Russian roulette is a dangerous game where a bullet is loaded into a revolver and the wheel of the revolver is spun to a random spot. The person holding the gun then has to point it at themselves and pull the trigger. Leaving a 1-in-5 chance they will be shot.

Originally reported missing, Markell Noah was found at an abandoned Jackson, Mississippi, home.

The Jackson Police Department arrested two juveniles and a 21-year-old adult on Friday, Nov. 25. Deputy chief Deric Hearn explained the charges against the two juveniles were murder and accessory after the fact against the 21-year-old.

Family members of Noah have denied they were playing Russian Roulette before his death. According to one relative, Noah received a text message early Friday morning and left the house to meet friends.
