There have been two shootings in a south Phoenix neighborhood that have resulted in the death of one person and the injury of another person.
As reported by Phoenix Police, officers responded on Dec. 25 to reports of multiple shots fired near 48th Street and Broadway Road, and found two men who had been shot, according to the police.
An ambulance took both men to a hospital, where one died and the other was seriously injured.
There is no information about the victims.
Sgt. Melissa Soliz said preliminary information indicates there may have been an argument before the shooting.
