PHILADELPHIA, PA – A violent incident outside a local lounge in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood has resulted in one fatality and another person injured. The shooting took place late Monday night outside LB’s Lounge, located at the intersection of 5th Street and Tabor Avenue.
Upon arrival at the scene, police officers discovered a 33-year-old male victim lying unresponsive on the sidewalk. Despite immediate transportation to a nearby hospital, the man succumbed to his injuries.
Additionally, a 30-year-old woman was also found suffering from gunshot wounds. She is currently in stable condition, according to hospital authorities.
Preliminary investigations suggest that multiple firearms were used in the shooting. However, the motive behind the incident remains unclear. The Philadelphia Police Department has not made any arrests in connection with the case as of yet.
