Homeless man charged with horrific murder of 5-year-old girl
TOPEKA, KS – Mickel Cherry, a 25-year-old homeless man, was arraigned on Thursday on charges of murder and rape linked to the death of a 5-year-old girl named Zoey Felix in Topeka, Kansas.
