Police hunting a suspect in a deadly bus shooting

HOUSTON, TX – Houston police are on the hunt for a suspect involved in a fatal shooting that occurred on a metro bus in the city’s southwest. Authorities released surveillance images of the man believed to have fled the scene shortly after the incident, which took place around 2:30 p.m. on West Belfort Avenue near Kirby Drive.

According to police, the victim was discovered on the sidewalk, having sustained at least one gunshot wound. The suspect is described as approximately six feet tall, aged between 18 and 25, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue shorts.
