The 37-year-old, originally from Temple, Georgia, was last seen Monday evening at the White Oaks Campground, where she had been camping with her husband. Womacks was reportedly last spotted wearing a brown hoodie and jeans. She is believed to have taken her walking stick and blanket with her, officials said. Billy Gibson, Director of Emergency Services for Pickens County, highlighted the difficulties faced by search crews. “It’s a challenge because Table Rock State Park is vast, and searching such an extensive area in a short amount of time is daunting,” Gibson noted. He urged the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings of Womacks along Highway 11 or nearby roads.
