Lawsuit alleges woman drugged, sexually assaulted, video taped by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

NEW YORK, NY – Plaintiff Thalia Graves has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging multiple violations by Sean “Diddy” Combs and other defendants. The 26-page complaint, filed by attorney Gloria Allred, accuses Combs of sexual assault and the unauthorized recording and dissemination of intimate videos.

The lawsuit details a series of severe allegations, including claims that Combs and another individual forcibly engaged in sexual acts with Graves, violating the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. The complaint also asserts that Combs and the other defendant violated New York civil rights laws by recording and distributing videos of the assault without Graves’ consent.

According to the complaint, the defendants are alleged to have continued disseminating the video, selling it as pornography. The lawsuit seeks to hold the defendants accountable, demanding they destroy all copies of the video and cease any further dissemination. Additionally, Graves is pursuing compensatory and punitive damages for the physical and emotional harm she has endured.

Graves, who decided to speak publicly about her experience, emphasized the profound impact the assault has had on her life. She described the emotional scars, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety, that have made it challenging for her to trust others and form healthy relationships. The trauma has also taken a toll on her physical health, leading to chronic pain and ongoing health complications.

The lawsuit aims to shed light on the broader issue of sexual violence and the importance of holding perpetrators accountable. Allred praised Graves for her courage in speaking out and expressed hope that the case will bring justice to her client. The legal team, including co-counsel Marann Wang, Heather Gregoria, and Jzzle Liano, is committed to seeking justice for Graves and ensuring that those responsible are held accountable.

As the case progresses, the public is urged to understand the significant impact that such criminal acts have on victims. Graves’ decision to come forward serves as a powerful reminder that victims should not be shamed into silence but should be supported in their pursuit of justice.
