Family terrorized in home invasion

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A Philadelphia family was subjected to a harrowing ordeal last week when four suspects invaded their home, committing an armed robbery that was caught on camera. The authorities are now on the hunt for these individuals.

The owner of the house, who operates a business from his residence, was outside with an employee when the incident unfolded around 10 a.m. on November 6. Four masked men, believed to be of Hispanic descent, suddenly disembarked from a black Acura. They held the businessman and his employee at gunpoint, forcing them back into the house situated in the East Oak Lane neighborhood.

Upon entering the home, the intruders tied up and assaulted the family and the employee. The police have shared a disturbing video that shows the suspects binding the victims in the kitchen, a child disturbingly present in the background.

The footage also captured the suspects removing what appears to be a safe from the premises. The homeowner reported that his safe, firearms, and jewelry were taken by the suspects, who subsequently escaped, heading west on 66th Avenue.

The police are appealing to anyone with information about the suspects to contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353.
