Chaos after man goes on car rampage

WALTHAM, MA – A chaotic scene unfolded in a Boston suburb on Wednesday when a motorist collided with three individuals, including a law enforcement officer, and subsequently absconded with a police cruiser. The male suspect, whose identity remains undisclosed, later crashed the stolen vehicle, sparking a foot chase.

The drama began on Totten Pond Road in Waltham, Massachusetts, situated roughly 10 miles west of Boston. The suspect’s car initially hit a utility crew from National Grid, inflicting serious injuries on one worker. The injured crew members were swiftly rushed to a nearby hospital.

In the wake of the initial collision, the suspect seized a police cruiser and made a hasty retreat from the scene. However, he later crashed the stolen cruiser, which led to a foot chase by law enforcement. The suspect was eventually captured, but his identity has not yet been revealed.
