One person was arrested after neighbors reported large parties, underage drinking concerns and repeated disturbances.
BELLEVUE, WA — Bellevue police arrested one person Thursday after searching a rental home tied to what neighbors called an “OnlyFans house,” opening a human trafficking investigation at a property off Southeast 44th Place.
The case centers on a quiet cul-de-sac where police said large, paid parties had drawn repeated complaints for weeks. Neighbors reported noise, broken glass, parking problems, possible underage drinking and assaults. Police said investigators are still looking into whether minors were involved in trafficking connected to the home.
Officer Seth Tyler, a spokesperson for the Bellevue Police Department, said renters at the property described the home as an “OnlyFans house.” Tyler said the house was being used to bring people in to perform for online content and to host strangers during parties. “At times, multiple hundred people would be in this home partying,” Tyler said. Police searched the property Thursday, June 4, after the complaints grew and investigators found signs that the case could involve trafficking of underage people.
Neighbors told reporters the parties happened often on Friday and Saturday nights and were promoted through social media. One neighbor said guests were charged in advance for admission, making the events open to people beyond the renters’ private circle. Another neighbor said residents were left cleaning up on Sunday mornings after the gatherings, including sweeping broken glass and picking up debris. Police said the complaints also included reports of assaults, underage drinking and other disturbances in the neighborhood.
The department has not released the name of the person arrested, the person’s age or the exact charge filed as of Friday. Police also have not said how many people lived at the home, whether any alleged victims have been identified or whether investigators seized phones, computers, cameras or other records during the search. Officials described the investigation as ongoing and said the trafficking concerns remain under review.
The property is a rental home in Bellevue, a city east of Seattle in King County. Police said the landlord is in the process of evicting the current tenants. The reported parties had turned the home into a neighborhood nuisance, according to police, with officers now planning stronger enforcement at the address. Tyler said officers will be stationed outside during any future gatherings and will enforce laws tied to noise, parking, underage drinking and assault.
Police said the next steps include continued investigation into the trafficking allegations and a planned update for neighbors. It was not immediately clear whether prosecutors had received a case referral by Friday or whether the arrested person had made a first court appearance. Investigators are expected to review witness statements, social media promotions and any evidence gathered from the property before deciding whether to seek more arrests or additional charges.
The scene Thursday included a Bellevue police patrol car outside the home and officers walking near the entrance as the investigation unfolded. Neighbors who spoke publicly asked not to be named, citing safety concerns. One said the problem had become a weekly pattern, with residents awake late into the night as partygoers looked for rides and cars were towed from nearby streets.
As of Friday, June 5, police said the case remained active and the home would face a zero-tolerance enforcement detail if more gatherings occur. The next public milestone is the department’s expected update to neighbors on the status of the investigation.
