According to authorities, the shooting rampage started around 10:45 a.m. in the peaceful community of Hampton. Chief Turner revealed that there were at least four crime scenes that law enforcement was actively examining. The suspect, Andre Longmore, was last seen driving a black 2017 GMC Acadia SUV.

Authorities have obtained four warrants for Longmore’s arrest and are offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to his capture. They have also emphasized that Longmore is armed and dangerous, urging the public to contact 911 immediately if they spot him.

The community of Hampton is in shock following this devastating incident. Chief Turner expressed his condolences, stating, “This is a sad day in Hampton. It’s just not normal for us.
