An unhappy meal as three men get stabbed at McDonald’s

According to authorities, three men were stabbed early Tuesday inside a McDonald’s restaurant in Maryland.

In downtown Silver Spring, around 6:45 a.m., a stabbing was reported in the 8400 block of Colesville Road.

According to police, the three victims suffered injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.

Two men were found stabbed when officers arrived, and a third returned to the restaurant a short time later and told police he had been stabbed as well.

By the time officers arrived, the suspect had fled the restaurant.

Montgomery County Department of Police tweeted that officers had secured the area and were searching for the suspect.

According to the report, no employees are believed to have been involved in the incident.

In the aftermath of the triple stabbing, it was not immediately clear what led to the incident.
