BRONX, NY – In the early hours of the morning, a shooting disrupted the quiet of the West Farms section of the Bronx, leaving three people injured. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m., following what residents described as a gathering along Crotona Parkway.

Another victim, a 32-year-old woman, was critically injured with a gunshot to her back and was rushed to Saint Barnabas Hospital. The third victim, a 37-year-old man, was shot in the arm but left the scene, later admitting himself to the hospital. He is also expected to be okay.
