A woman stops for a toddler walking on the side of the interstate and disappears
Authorities in Hoover, Alabama, are conducting an extensive search for a 25-year-old woman who disappeared after calling 911 to report a toddler walking along the side of the interstate. Carlethia “Carlee” Nichole Russell made the call on Thursday night and then contacted a family member before losing contact.
