Army Captain Killed When He Let Man Test Drive His Car
It is believed that a U.S. Army captain was murdered during a car sale gone wrong in Arizona by a man Abel Uribe. Officers at the Phoenix Police Department found David Navidad-Parra’s body near an intersection at around 9:15 p.m. on Dec. 16 and determined he had been shot to death, KSAZ-TV reported.
