Missing Chicago Woman Found Dead, Wrapped in Sheets Inside Shopping Cart
The body of Rosa Chacon, a 21-year-old woman from Chicago who had been missing for two months, was discovered tied up and wrapped in sheets inside a shopping cart near Western Avenue and 24th Place.
