Police Seeking Suspect In Series Of Cruel Dog Drownings
Outrage and grief have spread throughout Oklahoma City in response to a series of malicious dog drownings. According to Major Sergeant Jennifer Wardlow with the Oklahoma City Police Department, since January 19th, four dogs have been found dead by drowning in Edwards Park lake in east Oklahoma City.
