SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY – A horrifying event took place in Shepardsville, Kentucky, when a mother was accused of fatally shooting her two young offspring within their home, as per statements from local authorities.
The Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office disclosed that they received a distress call regarding a shooting at a residence just after 11:00 a.m. On reaching the scene, deputies found two children, aged six and nine, critically injured with gunshot wounds.
The injured children were immediately transported to a local hospital. Despite the relentless efforts of the medical personnel, the children could not survive their injuries.
The children’s mother, identified as 32-year-old Tiffani Lucas, was apprehended and charged with two counts of murder. The specifics of the shooting incident are yet to be revealed.
