Florida Police Release Bodycam Footage of Arrest of Suspected Triple Murderer

Florida police have released dramatic bodycam footage showing the arrest of a teenager who is accused of fatally shooting three people on Wednesday, including a local TV journalist and a defenseless nine-year-old girl.

Keith Moses, 19, was confronted by police units on a residential street in Orlando’s Pine Hills neighborhood, and the footage shows police yelling at him to get on the ground.
In the footage, Moses is heard repeatedly screaming “I can’t breathe!” as deputies take him to the ground and handcuff him.

The bodycam captured the moment when a deputy retrieved a gun from Moses’ pants leg and remarked that “It’s still hot.” Moses is accused of fatally shooting Nathacha Augustin, a 38-year-old acquaintance, inside a car before fleeing the scene.

He later returned and killed Spectrum 13 journalists Dylan Lyons and Jesse Walden as they sat in an unmarked car covering the initial crime. Lyons was pronounced dead at a local hospital, while Walden, a photographer, survived the attack.

Moses then went on to kill 9-year-old T’Yonna Major and critically wound her mother. Her father, Tokiyo Major, mourned his daughter in a GoFundMe post.

The suspect has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, along with several other felony charges, and is being held without bond at Orange County Jail. Florida authorities have not provided a motive for any of the shootings, and Moses is not speaking.
