Drunk driver caught with hit-and-run victim’s dismembered body in his car

WHITE SETTLEMENT, TX – In a startling incident, a Texas man was discovered unconscious in his severely damaged vehicle with a dead, partly dismembered body in the passenger seat. The man, Nestor Flores, 31, claimed that he thought he had hit a deer, according to the police.

The disturbing incident came to light when a customer at a local Jack in the Box noticed a man, later identified as Flores, slumped over the steering wheel of a car exhibiting significant damage. When the police responded to the call, they found a deceased individual missing body parts in the vehicle’s passenger seat.

Speaking on the incident, White Settlement Chief of Police, Christopher Cook, highlighted the extent of the impairment evident in Flores’ misunderstanding of the situation. Cook remarked that in his 28-year career, he had not previously encountered such a case.

Currently, Flores is in custody at the White Settlement Police Jail, awaiting the results of blood tests to confirm whether he was intoxicated at the time of the incident. He faces charges of intoxicated manslaughter.

The exact location of the crash, believed to be near Interstate 30, is being investigated by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, where they found human remains. Authorities are conducting forensic tests to verify if the remains belong to the deceased found in Flores’ vehicle.

Reflecting on the horrific event, Cook expressed bewilderment over how Flores managed to drive nearly 40 miles, despite his vehicle’s severe damage, all while unknowingly transporting a human body.
